He's NOT going to be happy to talk to anyone, least of all Prowl. There's just something about a love one dying because you did something extremely stupid that puts one in a really bad mood. Don't worry though, he'll get over it. In fact, he'll get over it with suspicious ease. Almost like Rewind doesn't mean anything to him anymore...
But once he's over that, he'll be fine with chatting up and interacting with people, even if most of them are gross organics.
