I'd probably prefer handwaving for the information this time around. He'd definitely tell her what she doesn't already know--that there's a crater where the lab's public entrance use to be, how to contact the Rangar if she needs to, the two scientists having abilities, and the entrance (but ask her to not go alone of course, too dangerous).
He probably wouldn't be interested in much information that wasn't about how to get in, avoid/take out the scientists, and get the secrets they're hiding, but he'd listen if she just told him outright.
