August Meet and Greet!

Hello everybody, it's that time of the month, with apps and acceptances and whatnot! Instead of filling the OOC comms with intros, this is a MEET AND GREET for new players and characters!

• This is a place for you to introduce you and your character. You can ramble on about what you want to do while you're here, CR opportunities, your cats, anything.

• Reply to others about how EXCITED you are to play with them!

• Maybe make some friends!

• An IC intro log will be posted for all incoming players on August 15th!

Makes you wonder what kind of world initially produced Terra, right? Like where do guys like this even happen. It's cute, though Aqua really ought to get those kiddy-leashes for both him and Ven.

Aww. I've got him reserved at a place for CRAU since he had some huge development but if you ever want me to hit up Terra in D_M or somesuch, he could certainly pop in on that. Since I've got Noel here I'm gonna let him get comfortable.

Still. The thought of Noel somehow bursting into song is hilarious to contemplate.

Clearly, I must ask co-mods about the feasibility of a musical event.

You really gotta wonder sometimes, with how naive/sheltered he comes off as in early game, and how willing he is to give people the benefit of the doubt.

... Oh, light, not the kiddy-leashes. He's 32 now, that would be humiliating. D:

Ohhh... I can't say I blame you one bit. Let one muse get their bearings/get settled in and all that. I'll have to hit you up in d_m, then - I'm curious now about this development and where he was at to get it.

That would be a great and terrible phenomenon indeed.

I've definitely wondered. Of the lot, only Aqua seems to have a healthy dose of common sense - though at times even Ven seems to beat Terra at squinting down shady types. Have seen people postulate that Terra simply doesn't want to judge on appearances, or maybe wants to believe darkness doesn't always make someone bad, though I don't think I could make a call either way. I couldn't play Terra properly.

But he still might need it.

Funnily enough, he was in the wonderful world of Pokémon. But yes after three years he grew up quite a bit. Terra and Aqua came and went a lot, so he was actually heavily influenced by Lightning and Hope from FFXIII. Still a derp though, and still thinks Terra is the absolute coolest. Just nudge me anytime you'd like to see him.

I tend to play Terra as not wanting to judge people based on what he senses, but by their words and actions. He has darkness in his heart, and he knows he isn't an evil person. Why should he assume the same of others? It's sweet and naive, and tragic considering what happens to him.

Lightning and Hope? Those aren't bad friends to have at all, so big bro's nodding a bit in approval. Good company to keep, little bro. :)

Would laugh if Noel ever burst into song. Watch him hide afterward if he ever does.

I think it makes sense, yeah. Terra's a good guy - and that struck me about all the BBS trio - and it just goes so badly. Wanna hug 'em all but it just goes downhill ten kinds of fast.

And yep, Route indeed. This derp here is mine, and Mega is awesome, I tend to go to her to talk all things Ven since we understand him similarly but have different experiences or think of different things.

Ven made himself a big ol' friend-family. You can bet he tore across the map every time Terra or Aqua showed up though, if they didn't beat him to it. I think one time a Terra ran all the way to his location and then slept all day because talk about exhausting.
