Updates and Events!
Greetings, acolytes! We hope that your preparations for Halloween and the following winter holidays that corporations keep trying to push earlier and earlier in the stores because MONEY inb4 we have a Nightmare Before Christmas gif have been going well! It has been far too long since we have had an event, and I truly apologize for the delay.
That is, however, the reason for this entry. It is time.... for another festival!

Remembrance of the Rifts
October 28 - November 8
The NPCs have begun their preparations for the festival in District Four. A little later than usual, but with two killers on the loose, it was more important to secure the area first! Decorations of the more traditional variety are being hung around the temple and lake from the trees surrounding them. Some may even see others begin to be collecting special paper from the temple as the days go by!
However, starting on the 26th, the barriers between this world and the next begin to wane once again. Shadows will creep from the corners of the visitor's vision, or perhaps they will simply have the sensation that they are being watched. Whichever the case may be, a slight unnatural chill seems to accompany the presences. Is what happened last year to occur once more, or will something even more strange strike the city with terror and cheer?
The city officials don't seem to be nearly as phased by this as they should, as while this event is occurring, the gates between the 1st and 2nd Districts and the 6th prepare to open their doors officially. As the festivities and frights begin, so too do the sounds of motors and trains in the city streets. What had once only appeared to be walls dividing the city reveal themselves to be electromagnet tram railings, making traversing from one side of the city to the other much quicker than before. Other vehicles similar to personal transports such as motorcycles and motorized scooters are available for purchase (now with a side car attachment for young passengers!) at a dealership or three on the eastern half of the district, as are boats for traversing the rivers!
Surely this is more important than spectral stalkers....right?
More information on Remembrance of the Rifts will become available as the event progresses, but it is important to note that like others, participation in this event is optional. If you have any questions, ask away! Otherwise, you may use this entry to plot with your fellow players.
(Note: Updated maps will be coming soon.)
