Hello everybody, it's that time of the month, with apps and acceptances and whatnot! Instead of filling the OOC comms with intros, this is a MEET AND EAT GREET for new players and characters!

• Maybe make some friends!

But wait, Switz is supposed to be neutral! He can't align with the USA! ...Which is why it should happen because personal feelings vs. politics drama is always the best in Hetalia. XP
