Serious business taken care of -

Mini-Event: Between now and the time new characters arrive on July 18th, there will be a series of power outages throughout the city. There will be intermittent flickers throughout this time period, and the following major outages will occur:

• July 8th, 11PM, through July 9th, 3PM, Districts 1 and 2
• July 10th, 6PM to 10PM, all districts
• July 12th, 11AM, to July 13th, 11PM, District 1
• July 15th, 3AM to 5PM, Districts 2 and 3
• July 16th, 1PM, to July 17th, 7AM, all districts
